REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY – Wild Circle India (Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve)

We appreciate your trust in Wild Circle India for booking Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve safaris and related travel services. Our policies ensure transparency, clarity, and smooth processing for every visitor.

1. Cancellation of Booked Services

If you wish to cancel a booking, the request must be sent to us in writing via email or WhatsApp. Cancellation is accepted only when:

• The request is received within the permitted timeframe
• All booking documents such as receipts, invoices, and confirmations are shared (if required)

Government safari permits are strictly non-transferable and subject to Forest Department rules.

2. Refund Process

Once a valid cancellation request is received:

• Refund will be processed to the original payment method
• Wild Circle India will initiate the refund within 7 working days
• Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider

Refunds are subject to deduction of applicable charges, service fees, and government permit fees.

3. No Refund Conditions (Government/Service Provider Rules)

Tadoba safari permits are issued by the Forest Department, and as per their policy:

No Cancellation

No Modification

is allowed once the permit has been booked. This is a strict rule applicable to all safari zones and all dates.

4. Order Cancellation Policy (Website Bookings)

• Cancellation is possible within 24 hours of placing the order only if the permit has not been issued yet.
• Once the safari permit is confirmed by the forest authority, cancellation is not allowed, irrespective of time.

In cases where a booking is still unprocessed, refunds may be issued based on actual booking status.

5. Service Delivery Policy

Wild Circle India provides safari bookings, accommodation support, and travel assistance across India.

• Safari booking confirmation is normally processed within 24 hours (subject to permit availability).
• Customer assistance is available 24×7, including holidays.

If your booking cannot be processed due to reasons beyond our control (such as unavailability, technical issues, or administrative delays), Wild Circle India may cancel the order and refund the full amount.

6. Payment Methods

We support multiple secure payment options, including:

• Net banking
• UPI
• Master/Visa debit or credit cards
• International card payments (extra bank charges may apply)

Foreign nationals may also pay via travel cards or authorised payment methods. Any bank processing fee or currency conversion charge is the responsibility of the customer.

7. Tour, Safari & Travel Cancellation Charges

• 30 days before arrival: 10% of the total package cost
• 15 to 29 days before arrival: 30% of the package cost
• 7 to 14 days before arrival: 40% of the package cost
• 2 to 6 days before arrival: 50% of the package cost
• Less than 48 hours or No Show: No Refund

Peak Season Policy

Special cancellation rules apply for high-demand dates and festivals such as:

• Holi
• Diwali
• Christmas
• New Year
• Long weekends

These will be communicated at the time of booking.

8. No Show / Early Departure

If you fail to arrive on your scheduled date or choose to leave early, the booking will be treated as a No Show, and no refund will be granted.

9. Situations Beyond Our Control

Wild Circle India does not take responsibility for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by:

• Government restrictions
• Forest department decisions
• Weather conditions
• Natural calamities
• Wildlife movement–related closures
• Political disturbances
• Permit system failures

In such cases, refunds will strictly follow Forest Department policies.

10. Liabilities & Limitations

If government authorities revise safari permit fees, guide charges, taxes, or fuel costs after booking:

• Additional charges will be applicable
• You will be informed before final confirmation

Wild Circle India acts only as a booking facilitator and is not responsible for wildlife sightings, zone allotment, or last-minute government actions.
